The Project Best of Veneto for the redevelopment of the Arabba forest
Best of Veneto is the idea of wine industry veterans Reka Haros and Pier Sfriso, with “The Kindness Project” they have launched a charity food box where the proceeds will go to restore the woods of Arabba.
In 2018 “Vaia” also known as the "Perfect Storm", hit the Dolomites area with violence. The destruction of the plants has changed the morphology of our valley, making it very weak.
After this winter’s heavy snowfall, many other plants have again been destroyed, making it necessary to redevelop the Arabba forest, which is a place for regenerating walks, fitness trails, blueberry and mushroom picking.
And this is where Reka and Pier, lovers of the Dolomites and the Veneto region, come into action with "the Kindness Project" to help bring back life to our forests.

What is Best of Veneto?
Best of Veneto is an online platform where Reka and Pier pass on stories and inform you about places and products of the Veneto Region to make known the wonders of our land.
Right here it is possible to buy the "Kindess Box" made up of six items of local produce from Pastificio Menazza, Rosa Alpina, Tradizioni Dolomitiche, Latteria di Livinallongo, Figulì, and the Sfriso winery.
These will be on sale until the end of September and the proceeds will be used to give new life to the Arabba forests cleaning up the plants and restoring the paths.
